heat than conventional induction motors. Combined with
an IP55 enclosure, they deliver dependable performance in
a wide range of indoor and outdoor industrial applications.

Both Available
Class F & Class H Insulation
Available with Class F or Class H insulation, the motor can be specified to suit the thermal demands of your application. Higher insulation classes provide additional protection against heat, improving reliability and extending motor life.

Why It Matters:
A well-insulated motor is better equipped to withstand the thermal stresses encountered during everyday industrial operation.
Longer Motor Life
Heat is one of the primary causes of insulation ageing. You are guaranteed increased thermal endurance, helping to protect the winding system and extend the motor's operational lifespan.
Reduced Downtime
Reliable insulation helps minimise the risk of heat-related winding failures, reducing unexpected breakdowns and keeping equipment operating when it matters most.
Reliable Industrial Performance
Class F & H insulation are well suited for demanding industrial environments, providing dependable thermal protection during continuous operation, variable loads and elevated ambient temperatures within its design limits.
Lower Lifetime Costs
By helping reduce maintenance requirements, unplanned repairs and premature motor replacement, this feature contributes to a lower total cost of ownership over the motor's service life.
Not sure which Efficiency Class is for you?
Electric motors are responsible for a significant portion of industrial electricity consumption. Choosing the right efficiency class can reduce operating costs, lower energy consumption and improve long-term return on investment. Whether your priority is dependable performance, maximum energy savings or future-ready technology, Electromote offers an efficiency class to suit your application.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Multi Voltage
Available in 400V, 550V, 690V and 1000V configurations, allowing the motor to integrate seamlessly into a wide range of industrial power networks without compromising performance or reliability.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI)
A motor's windings are constantly exposed to vibration, heat, moisture and contaminants. Electromote motors use Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) to completely seal and protect the stator windings.
Unlike conventional dip varnishing, VPI ensures complete resin penetration throughout the winding, creating a stronger and more durable insulation system.

Fully Processed Lamination Steel (FPLS)
The magnetic core is the heart of every electric motor. Electromote motors are manufactured using Fully Processed Lamination Steel, a premium electrical steel specifically designed to reduce magnetic losses and improve overall motor efficiency.
The result is lower operating temperatures, improved efficiency and reduced energy consumption throughout the motor's lifetime.

Permanent Magnet Rotor Technology
The Difference Starts at the Core.
Unlike conventional induction motors, Permanent Magnet Motors
use high-performance rare-earth magnets embedded within the rotor.
This eliminates rotor electrical losses, allowing the motor to operate
at synchronous speed with exceptional efficiency, higher power
density and lower heat generation.
Why it matters
✓ Zero rotor copper losses
✓ Higher efficiency across the operating range
✓ Smaller motor for the same output
✓ Lower operating temperatures
✓ Reduced energy consumption
✓ Longer equipment life
The Right Speed Starts with the Right Pole Configuration.
Every industrial application operates differently. Some require high-speed performance, while others rely on slower, high-torque operation.
A motor's pole configuration determines its operating speed, making it one of the most important factors when selecting the right motor.
Choosing the correct number of poles helps maximise efficiency, improve equipment performance and ensure the motor is perfectly matched to its application. The number of poles inside an electric motor directly affects its rotational speed. The Permanent Magnet motor is offered with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 pole options.
-
Fewer poles = Higher speed
-
More poles = Lower speed, higher torque

Speed Isn't Everything.
The fastest motor isn't always the best choice.
Selecting the correct pole configuration ensures your equipment operates at the intended speed while delivering the torque required by the application. This improves efficiency, reduces wear on mechanical components and helps maximise motor life.

Mounting Options
Available in a range of industry-standard mounting configurations, allowing the motor to integrate seamlessly into new installations or replace existing equipment with minimal modification.
Whether your application requires a foot-mounted motor for a base installation, a flange-mounted motor for direct equipment coupling, or a combination foot-and-flange configuration, the Electromote provides the flexibility to suit your system.

Available Configurations
Foot Mounted (B3)
Ideal for base-mounted equipment such as conveyors, pumps, compressors and general industrial machinery.
Foot & Flange Mounted (B35)
Combines the stability of foot mounting with the precision alignment of a flange, making it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications.
Flange Mounted (B5)
Designed for direct coupling to pumps, gearboxes and driven equipment where compact installation and accurate shaft alignment are essential.
Face Mounted (B14A & B14B available)
Designed for compact equipment where installation space is limited. The small face flange provides precise alignment and direct mounting to pumps, gearboxes, machine tools and other close-coupled drive applications.
Advanced Cooling & Bearing Protection
Bearing selection plays a critical role in motor reliability. Depending on motor size and application, Electromote Permanent Magnet Motors are available with ball, roller or sleeve bearings, ensuring optimum performance under varying loads and operating conditions.
The Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design protects the motor from dust and contaminants while maintaining effective cooling during operation. Combined with the naturally lower rotor losses of Permanent Magnet technology, TEFC helps maintain consistent operating temperatures and dependable long-term performance.
